Throughout your stay at Yoga Pathshala the wonderful Niru and team will look after your wellbeing with three nourishing, delicious local meals each day.
Depending on the season, up to 75% of the food is produced at the homestead following organic methods of growing. At meal times you won’t go hungry under Niru’s loving care as you will come to expect her trademark question of ‘More?’. The food at Yoga Pathshala is exceptional and a joy to indulge in. The ayurvedic inspired meals will compliment your journey at Yoga Pathshala. As we know, eating well is another important step in loving yourself and creating a happy and healthy lifestyle. The meals are vegetarian, and of course we cater for any dietary requirements. The following is an example of what to expect day to day:
Ayurvedic herbal tea, porridge with dates and raisins or coconut, bananas, papaya or chickpeas. Other breakfast offerings may include samosa, parantha uppama and Nepalese breakfast.
LUNCH & DINNER
Traditional Nepalese organic meals are served daily at Yoga Pathshala. You can expect fresh organic, home grown ingredients whipped up into a delicious dal bhat with chutney, side salad, chapatti and curry. Or yummy traditional momo’s and dipping sauces on the side. All food from Niru’s kitchen follow ayurvedic principles.
